Heavy Bag Cardio Combat: This class takes cardio kickboxing and throws in boxing gloves and heavy boxing bags to add contact, resistance, force, and power that can take your boxing training to the next level. Whether your goal is to become more refined in your boxing technique, burn calories to the max with the cardio and strength conditioning, or just find out what it feels like to beat the tar out of something, Heavy Bag Cardio Combat is for you!
Body Blast Fusion: Get a total body workout in this bootcamp style class, using every piece of equipment we have to offer- you name it and you’ll do it! You won’t be disappointed when your muscles are sore in the morning!
Bosu’ BootCamp: A total body workout that will use the Bosu’ Balls to test your core strength and balance. This class will incorporate bootcamp type moves and interval training techniques to get your heart pumping and give you a great workout.
Gravity Strength: These exciting strength classes are held on our Gravity trainers. Gravity trainers are the commercial line of the popular “Total Gym.” Gravity Strength will heat up all the major muscle groups for an incredible total body workout. Each participant works at his/her chosen level of resistance. Participation is limited to 10, so come early.
Power Yoga: This is a strong form of Yoga focusing on muscular endurance & flexibility. Emphasis is on poses and teachings derived from Ashtanga Yoga, and participation is open to all levels.
Claudiumba: Anyone who has taken this class knows that, with Claudia’s extraordinary skill with teaching Latin-based aerobic classes, she needed her own signature name to the workout! Claudia grew up in Peru, and has been dancing since she was 2. In “Claudiumbia,” Latin dance rhythms will pulse through the speakers, inspiring you to move with the beat. Claudia will mix moves derived from cumbia, salsa, samba, and meringue. Expect to leave this class with sweat, success, and a smile.
Pilates Mat: Based on teachings of Joseph Pilates, this mat class focuses on flexibility and strength for the entire body, most specifically, deep core muscles. Harmony & balance are achieved by integrating mind & body in fluid series of movements.
Jab-Pump-Crunch: This class is sure to make you sweat with 25 minutes of intense kickboxing that will include both lower and upper body kickboxing moves followed by 20 minutes of total body sculpting and 15 minutes of core, working both your abdominals and lower back.
CycleFit: This is an indoor adventure on a stationary bike to simulate a real road experience. You will experience interval training, racing, cardiovascular & muscular endurance, strength, & recovery. Heart rate monitors are highly recommended. A towel and water bottle are required. This workout can be as moderate or as challenging as you need.
Boot camp: Intense cardio and strength intervals are the nature of this class! It is designed to challenge you to your highest potential. Bootcamp is for the exerciser that is up for anything, and ready for everything: jump rope, sprints, weight drills, indoor cycling, stairs, and much, much more.
Body Chisel: Major muscle groups are worked through hi-repetition, low-resistance exercises with equipment including: dumbbells, body bars, bands, medicine balls, BOSU balls, and more.
Zumba: Latin dance rhythms will pulse through the speakers, inspiring your body to move with the music. Mix your own variations with the cumbia, salsa, samba, and meringue moves taught by the instructor.
RX Suspension Training: Suspension Training is a workout that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. This class is limited to 10 participants, so be sure to arrive early. First come, first serve.
Strength and Core: Get a complete body workout by completing 45 minutes of intense total body toning followed by 15 minutes of core, working your abdominals and lower back.
Core to the Max: Challenge yourself with this 30 minute, action-packed, core workout. Chisel your abdominals as you strengthen you lower back and improve your core strength.
Water Fitness: These classes are a great way to challenge yourself with a low-impact workout. Take the stress off your muscles and joints while still building muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility
6 Pack Abs: Keep your stomach flat and toned with this 15 minute workout, targeting your abdominals and lower back.
Step Aerobics: Use the step to learn fun choreography. You will step up, step down, and learn a dance or athletic-style routine. Step Aerobics is great cardio.
Spin & Strength: Mix 30-minutes of CycleFit followed by 30-minutes of Gravity Strength, and you have this fabulous all-in-one cardio & strength workout!
Ballet & Jazz Fusion: Work your entire body as you incorporate various strengthening moves with Ballet Floor Barre, and then get your heart pumping with a mix of modern dance and jazz moves.
Indoor Triathlon Training: Have you always wanted to complete a triathlon but just didn’t know where to begin? This group of classes will help you prepare for your very first triathlon with a low pressure approach to training. Increase your cardiovascular endurance as you challenge yourself with running, cycling and swimming.
Hip Hop Dance: Learn the latest hip hop dances as your talented instructor breaks down those difficult moves and teaches you how to put them all together to impress your friends and improve your fitness.
Dance Fusion: This class I sure to get you ready for the weekend with a medley of dance moves. Get your heart pounding as you shake things up with intense Zumba inspired moves or get down with the latest hip hop dance.
Cardio. Kickboxing: Get your heart rate up and burn calories as you use a combination of upper and lower body kickboxing moves that will shed fat and build endurance.
Cycle & Flow: Enjoy 30 minutes of classic indoor cycling followed by 30 minutes of basic yoga. A combination sure to leave you satisfied.
Pump & Flow: Build strength with 30 minutes of total body training followed by 30 minutes of basic yoga.
