SMU Fitness will offer the SMU Community quality fitness equipment and comprehensive programs which boost awareness, value, and commitment to the five components of fitness: Cardio respiratory Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Body Composition, and Flexibility.

*SMU Group X will launch BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT January ’09.  We are currently recruiting individuals, interested in learning to become instructors.  Instructor training dates will be every Saturday from Oct. 4 through Nov. 8 from 8am-5pm and Sun, Oct 26 from 9am-6pm.  Price for instructor training: $580.  Contact Brook Jimenez at 214-768-4828.

Group X Fees

Unlimited Fall Group X allows participation in all SMU Group X classes from August 25 through December 5.

$70 Unlimited Pass

$4 One-class pass allows participants into one class, one time

All purchases must be made at the Dedman Main Desk.  Even benefits-eligible faculty and staff must register into the program at the Dedman Main Desk. Please note that the promotional partnership between Human Resources and Dedman Center has ended.  Faculty and staff should stop by the Dedman Main Desk to purchase a Group X pass.
