  • Spring GX Schedule Changes:
    • Core to the MAX on M/W will be held from 3:45-4:15pm
    • Kicklates on Thursday at 6:45pm will be held in studio #2.
  • The spring group exercise schedule will start on Tuesday, January 17th  and run through Sunday, May 6th

  • Mr. & Ms. SMU Body Building and Fitness Competition: FREE Workshop #1: Monday, February 27th at 6:00pm in Classroom #1.

SMU Fitness will offer the SMU Community quality fitness equipment and comprehensive programs which boost awareness, value, and commitment to the five components of fitness: Cardio. Respiratory Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Body Composition, and Flexibility.
