Hey Everyone, I hope your semester is off to a good start. I just wanted to bring to your attention the new regatta schedule. Please let me know if you can/want to participate in any of these regattas. I really want to get participation up. A&M always brings about 10 people to the regattas and it makes it so much fun. I want our team to start having a large presence at the regattas. Next year Kyle will have graduated, so I want to get more people involved who will be able to help David and I recruit members. The sailing team is so much fun. Its a great way to meet people, party, and enjoy sailing. Also, please note that we will be hosting a regatta February 23rd. I need everyone to go. It looks really bad when we cant even fill up a berth in our own regatta! So please! Be more active! I know that pledgeship takes up alot of time, but I did it last year and I was able to go to 4 regattas! We are planning on going to the A&M regatta next weekend. I want to have two teams this weekend. One Women's Team and one co ed or male team. I was just named Women's Coordinator for the SEISA District and it will look really bad if I cant even recruit women to sail. So, LADIES!!!! Please! Let me know if you can sail at the A&M regatta. This will be the most fun regatta all year! I promise you! Kyle and I will be having a team meeting soon, and it will be required for you to come. Please get back to me whether you can or cannot participate in these regattas.
