Water Fitness

 Enjoy this low-impact environment to gain cardiovascular fitness and strength in the water. For added resistance, we will use tubing, ankle and hand buoys and noodles. There is no need to know how to swim.

Class Fee: $3 per class or purchase a semester pass for $45 (good for the whole semester!).  Semester passes for the Summer are on sale now.

All purchases must be made at the Dedman Center Main Desk.   Even benefits-eligible faculty and staff must register and pay for the program.

SMU Faculty/Staff: You can earn up to 6 bonus points per month by participating in Water Fitness Classes. Feel free to learn more about Wellpower
