People love boot camp on land, and it's even better when it's in the water. Whether you're in great shape or new to working out, Aqua Boot Camp is a perfect way to start the New Year!
Join personal trainer, Kevin Cox, every Tuesday and Thursday from 7PM - 8PM beginning February 4th and pay ONLY $60 for 10 sessions! We have limited space available so sign up at the Dedman Center front desk today!

Enjoy this low-impact environment to gain cardiovascular fitness and strength in the water. For added resistance, we will use tubing, ankle and hand buoys and noodles. There is no need to know how to swim.
Class Fee: $3 per class or purchase a semester pass for $45 (good for the whole semester!). Semester passes are on sale now.
All purchases must be made at the Dedman Center Main Desk. Even benefits-eligible faculty and staff must register and pay for the program.
