Registration Fee: $30

A Texas Region Collegiate Climbing Series (CCS).  More info at  USA Climbing.

Registration includes competition t-shirt, competitor grab-bag, door prizes, and lunch.

Men's and Women's Divisions

Session Times (Subject to Change):

Limestone (< 5.9) Climbing Session: 9:00 am -12:00 pm

Sandstone (5.10-5.11) Climbing Session: 10:00-1:00 pm

Granite (5.11<) Climbing Session: 11:30-2:30 pm

 

Slackline: ??

Speed: 3:00 pm

Dyno: 4:00 pm

Awards: 5:30 pm

Building Location: Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports-6000 Airline Rd, Dallas, TX 75275

 

Parking is not the responsibility of event organizers!

Parking across the street from the Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports may NOT be available.  Competitors and spectators for the event have the option to pay and park closer to the building by following this link, Campus Map, and select visitor parking.

Several other options are available but in order to find a parking spot, plan to arrive early.

-Along Dublin Street

-SMU Bookstore (Barnes and Noble) parking lot.  Park in lot toward Mockingbird Lane

 

-Mockingbird Station (A) with >.5 mile walk to Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports (B).  See below.

To register for the competition:

• Complete Registration form and mail check for total amount due to the address listed on the form

• Visit the Climbing Center or OAC to complete a form and remit payment (see below)

• Call 214-768-9918 (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Only) between 9 am - 4 pm Monday-Friday.

Payment may be in the form of cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Pony Express accepted.

Cancellation refunds will be provided with advance notice up two days prior to the event.  Cancellations after that time or no-shows will forfeit the entire amount paid.

Refunds for cash and check payments will be in the form of checks mailed from the SMU Accounts Payable office (may take 3-4 weeks)

Credit card payments will be refunded by providing the relevant information.
