Monthly Rental Payment - Single Family Homes

Monthly rent payments are due by the 1st of each month.  Payments can be paid by:

  • Automatic Payroll Deduction if you are an SMU employee paid monthly.  (Contact Christie Haggard  haggard@smu.edu or 214/768-2034.)
  • Dropping your check in the outside drop slot on the west end, ground floor, of Perkins Admin. Bldg. This is located on the outside wall to the right of the double doors going into the basement.  The swinging slot is unmarked but has a black plate over the area that swings in.
