SMU has a contract established with Ducky Bobs, a Texas corporation & provider of Event Services. Find their services at http://www.duckybobs.com.

All requests for services are amendments to the established contract. Submit for approval an eProcurement requisition & once approved Purchasing will issue a purchase order citing the contract that has been established. Insure that your requisition states that Ducky Bobs is a Preferred Provider.
