Psychology Major Requirements
Three courses are required to declare a Psychology major:
Introduction to Psychology (Psyc 1300)
Research Methods (Psyc 3382)
Introduction to Statistical Methods (Stat 2331)

Five additional courses from the following (15 hours):
Developmental Psychology (Psyc 3332)
Social Psychology (Psyc 3341)
Health Psychology (Psyc 3380)
Sensation and Perception (Psyc3383)
Personality (Psyc 5354)
Abnormal Psychology (Psyc 5355)
Psychology of Learning (Psyc 5384)
Physiological Psychology (Psyc 5385)
Memory and Cognition (Psyc 5388)
History of Psychology (Psyc 5390)

Four additional Psychology courses (12 hours) at or above the 3000 level.

NOTE: Practicum, individual research, and independent study courses are pass-fail, and do not count toward the major or minor.

Psychology Minor Requirements
