111079    12:40 AM.    Public Intoxication/Disorderly Conduct/Possession of Fictitious License or ID.    3000 Binkley Ave.     A student was cited, arrested and referred for being intoxicated in public, urinating in public and having a fake ID.    Closed.

111083    2:22 PM.    Theft.    Bike Rack at Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports.    A student reported the theft of his bicycle at this location.  The theft occurred on 9/6 between 11:00 - 5:00 PM.   Open.

111102    3:02 PM.    Theft:    Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports/6000 Airline Rd.    A student reported theft of his bicycle.  The theft occurred sometime between 2:05 - 2:45 PM.    Open.

111104     12:41 PM.    Criminal Mischief:    McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd.    Some unknown person damaged ceiling tiles in the hallway of the third floor.    Open.

111105    2:13 PM.    Theft:    Junkins Bldg./6251 Airline Rd.    A student reported theft of his sunglasses.     The theft occurred on 9/29 between 2:00 - 4:00PM.    Open.

111106    10:11 PM.    Criminal Mischief:    McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd.    A staff member reported damaged ceiling tiles.    Open.

111107    12:55 AM.    Criminal Mischief:    McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd.    A staff member reported a ceiling tile damaged and food splatter on the walls.    Open.

111108    1:14 AM.    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:    McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd.    A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking.    Closed.

111109    2:43 AM.    Fire Alarm:    Pi Kappa Alpha/3035 Dyer Street.    UP Fire Department responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined there was no fire at the location.  UPFD reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident.  The SMU Fire Safety Inspector was notified who contacted a technician for repairs of the fire panel.    Closed.

111110    10:12 AM.    Arrested on Warrant:  6200 Bishop Blvd.    A non affiliated person was arrested on multiple active warrants and booked into Dallas County jail.    Closed.

111112    3:32 PM.    Theft:    Crum Basketball Center/3003 Binkley Avenue.    A staff member reported theft of his backpack containing a wallet and other items.  The theft occurred on 10/6 between 6:00 - 8:00 AM.    Open.

111114    3:09 AM.    Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia:    Moore Hall/5810 Hillcrest Avenue.    A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for possessing drug paraphernalia.    Closed.

 111118    9:29 AM.    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID:    Phi Delta Theta House/3072 SMU Blvd.    A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking and for possessing a fake ID.    Closed.

111119    11:39 AM.    Fire Alarm:    McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd.    UPFD responded to an active fire alarm.  The sirens and strobes were activated as occupants were evacuating.  It was determined it was caused by steam.  UPFD cleared with no further incident.    Closed.

111168    4:41 PM.    Theft:    A non affiliated person reported theft of his vehicle's catalytic converter.    The theft occurred on 10/16 sometime between 1:45- 4:15 PM.    Open.

111169    10:52 AM.    Theft:    South Quad Lot/6000 Ownby Drive.    A non affiliated person reported theft of her juvenile's bicycle.     The theft occurred on 10/15 between 3:00 - 5:30 PM.    Open.

111172    2:52 PM.    Fire Alarm:    Fondren Library Center/6414 Hyer Lane.    UPFD responded to an active fire alarm.  It was determined it was caused by an activated pull station that was pulled accidently.    Closed.

111174    8:26 AM.    Fire Alarm:    Pi Kappa Alpha/3035 Dyer Street.    UPFD responded to an active fire alarm.  It was determined it was caused by smoke from the kitchen area. One of the vented stove hoods was inoperable causing the smoke.  UPFD reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident.    Closed.

111217    1:59 PM.    Fire Alarm:    Umphrey Lee Center/3300 Dyer Street.    UPFD responded to a strong burning odor.  It was determined it was caused by burnt food in a microwave.  The smoke detectors did not activate in the immediate area.  Fire Safety was informed of the incident.  UPFD cleared with no further incident.    Closed.
