110548 12:29 AM. Fire Alarm/Criminal Mischief: Beta Theta Pi House/3058 SMU Blvd. Officers responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined the alarm was activated by a pull station. The pull station was completely ripped from the wall and hanging by its wires. Open.
110549 11:12 AM. Fire Alarm: Fondren Library/South Side Exit Door/.6414 Hyer Lane. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined it was caused by a man who walked out an alarmed exit door. He then pulled a fire pull station, thinking it would silence the door alarm. UPFD reset the pull station and fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.
110551 11:32 PM. Criminal Mischief: Fondren Library/6414 Hyer Lane. A public safety officer reported a damaged window. Open.

110552 6:28 AM. Fire Alarm: Perkins Administration Bldg./6425 Boaz Lane. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined it was caused by burnt popcorn in the microwave. UPFD reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.
110553 1:38 PM. Theft/Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse: Off Campus. A student reported theft of his wallet at an off campus bar. The theft occurred on 5/1 9:00PM - 5/2 12:00 AM. Open.

110556 9:08 AM. Failure to Leave Identification: Heroy Lot/3200 Daniel Avenue. A faculty member reported some unknown person struck her unoccupied vehicle and failed to leave their contact information. The incident occurred sometime on 4/27 between 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Open.
110557 10:28 PM. Burglary of Vehicle: Dedman 3 Parking Lot/6000 Airline. A student report some unknown person shattered her passenger side window and stole a back pack. Open.

110558 12:12 AM. Possession of Alcohol by a Minor: Boaz Lot/3200 Binkley Avenue. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Officer for possession of alcohol by a minor. Closed.
110560 1:12 PM. Criminal Mischief: Simmons Bldg./3101 University Blvd. A staff member reported property damage. Open.

110562 8:57 PM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID: Boaz Hall/3200 Binkley Avenue. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Officer for consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of fictitious license. Closed.

110564 12:45 AM. Failure to Leave Identification: Phi Delta Theta House. An officer responded to a reported vehicle accident where the driver failed to leave identification and fled the scene. Closed.

110571 12:49 PM. Theft: Kappa Kappa Gamma. A staff member reported the theft of the house's charter and composite. Open.

110574 11:10 AM. Theft: Binkley Parking Garage. A staff member reported the theft of three tow strap dies downs. Open.

110578 11:52 AM. Fire Alarm: 6603 Airline Road. UPFD responded to investigate an overheated electrical outlet. SMU maintenance responded for repairs of an electrical outlet. UPFD cleared with no further incident. Closed.
110580 6:57 PM. Theft: South Quad Lot/6000 Ownby Drive. A student reported theft of his bicycle. The theft occurred sometime between 4/16 12:00 PM- 5/10 7:00 PM. Open.
MAY 11
110583 3:28 PM. Fire Alarm: Chi Omega House/3014 Daniel Avenue. Officers responded to an active fire alarm. The fire panel indicated a water flow problem. It was determined the fire panel was malfunctioning. Simplex -Grinnell company was Closed.
110584 11:45 PM. Fire Alarm: Chi Omega House/3014 Daniel Avenue. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined the fire panel was in trouble mode from the previous alarm. UPFD cleared with no further incident. Simplex-Grinnell company was notified for repairs of the fire panel. Closed.
110585 9:11 PM. Fire Alarm: Gerald J. Ford Stadium/5801 Airline Rd./Mechanical Room. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm with activation of strobes and horns. It was determined the activation of the alarm was caused by a busted steam pipe. UPFD shut down the suppression system and the technicians were called for repairs. UPFD cleared with no further incident. Closed.

110586 2:45 AM. Driving While Intoxicated: Off Campus/DPD Jurisdiction. DPD reported a student was arrest for driving under the influence. Closed.
110590 7:42 PM. Theft: Hamon Lot/6100 Hillcrest. A student reported theft of her bicycle. The theft occurred sometime between 5/9 12:00 - 5/12 7:00 PM. Open.

110591 2:40 AM. Failure to Identify: South Quad/Bar Pool. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for failure to identify himself to a peace officer. Closed.

110593 5:10 AM. Public Intoxication: Peyton Hall/3325 Peyton Parkway. A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested and booked into University Park jail and referred to the Student Conduct Office for being intoxicated in a public place. Closed.

110594 4:47 AM. Fire Alarm: Law Parking Garage/3330 Daniel Avenue. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined it was caused by dust from the truck sweeper cleaning the pavement in the garage. UPFD reset the fire alarm and cleared with no further incident. Closed.

110615 1:42 PM. Theft. Dallas Hall. A faculty member reported the theft of his bicycle. The theft occurred between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. Open.

110622 6:58 PM. Disorderly Conduct. Binkley Parking Garage. Two groups of non-affiliated males were engaged in an altercation. DISD Police responded and non-affiliated high school students were identified and directed to report to their school's conduct office on Tuesday, 05/31/2011. Closed.

110624 12:09 AM. Motor Vehicle Theft. Airline Parking Garage. A student who left for Taos, New Mexico on 05/10/2011 at approximately 4:00 PM, returned to find his vehicle missing from the parking garage. It was later discovered by the student, his friend borrowed his vehicle and parked it in front of his residence on McFarlin Ave. Closed.

110626 5:43 PM. Motor Vehicle Theft: Bush Library Construction Site. A non-affiliated construction worker reported his vehicle was stolen from this location. No suspects or leads available. Open.
