110548 12:29 AM. Fire Alarm/Criminal Mischief: Beta Theta Pi House/3058 SMU Blvd. Officers responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined the alarm was activated by a pull station. The pull station was completely ripped from the wall and hanging by its wires. Open.
110549 11:12 AM. Fire Alarm: Fondren Library/South Side Exit Door/.6414 Hyer Lane. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined it was caused by a man who walked out an alarmed exit door. He then pulled a fire pull station, thinking it would silence the door alarm. UPFD reset the pull station and fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.

110552 6:28 AM. Fire Alarm: Perkins Administration Bldg./6425 Boaz Lane. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined it was caused by burnt popcorn in the microwave. UPFD reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.
110553 1:38 PM. Theft/Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse: Off Campus. A student reported theft of his wallet at an off campus bar. The theft occurred on 5/1 9:00PM - 5/2 12:00 AM. Open.

110556 9:08 AM. Failure to Leave Identification: Heroy Lot/3200 Daniel Avenue. A faculty member reported some unknown person struck her unoccupied vehicle and failed to leave their contact information. The incident occurred sometime on 4/27 between 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Open.

110583 3:28 PM. Fire Alarm: Chi Omega House/3014 Daniel Avenue. Officers responded to an active fire alarm. The fire panel indicated a water flow problem. It was determined the fire panel was malfunctioning. Simplex -Grinnell company was Closed.
110584 11:45 PM. Fire Alarm: Chi Omega House/3014 Daniel Avenue. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined the fire panel was in trouble mode from the previous alarm. UPFD cleared with no further incident. Simplex-Grinnell company was notified for repairs of the fire panel. Closed.
110585 9:11 PM. Fire Alarm: Gerald J. Ford Stadium/5801 Airline Rd./Mechanical Room. UPFD responded to an active fire alarm with activation of strobes and horns. It was determined the activation of the alarm was caused by a busted steam pipe. UPFD shut down the suppression system and the technicians were called for repairs. UPFD cleared with no further incident. Closed.

A student who left for Taos, New Mexico on 05/10/2011 at approximately 4:00 PM, returned to find his vehicle missing from the parking garage. It was later discovered by the student, his friend borrowed his vehicle and parked it in front of his residence on McFarlin Ave. Closed.
