111443 2:26 PM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd. A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested, book into University Park and referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

111448 2:57 PM. Gas Leak: Kappa Sigma House/3022 SMU Blvd. UPFD responded to a smell of natural gas. It was determined it was from the unlit pilot on the stove. UPFD cleared with no further incident. Closed.

December 2

111450 12:07 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: 3150 Binkley Avenue. Two students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

111451 12:33 AM. Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Disorderly Conduct: Off Campus/3642Asbury Street. A student was issued a citation by University Park Police for loud noise complaint and for possessing alcohol by a minor. Closed.

111452 1:32 AM. Driving Under the Influence by a Minor/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: South Quad Lot/6000 Ownby Drive. A student was issued a University Park citation for underage drinking. Another student was issued a University Park citation for driving under the influence by a minor. Both subjects were referred to the Student Conduct Office for their violations. Closed.

111453 2:28 AM. Public Intoxication: Boaz Hall/3200 Binkley Avenue. A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested, booked into University Park jail and Referred to the Student Conduct Office for being intoxicated in a public place. Closed.

111454 3:02 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: 3200 Binkley Avenue. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

111455 7:12 PM. Theft: Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports/6000 Airline Rd. A student reported theft of his key ring containing several keys. At 7:45 PM the student reported the keys had been turned into the main desk at Dedman Center. Closed.

111456 9:54 PM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Gamma Phi Beta/3030 Daniel Avenue. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

111457 2:13 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID: A student was issued a University Park citation and referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking and for possessing a fake ID. Another student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. A non affiliated person was issued a University Park citation for underage drinking. Closed.

111459 3:13 AM. Public Intoxication/Criminal Mischief: Off Campus/University Park/2904 Purdue and Dallas. A student was arrested by Dallas Police Department and booked into Dallas County jail and referred to the Student Conduct Office for being intoxicated in a public place. University Park police are charging him with criminal mischief in the city of University Park. Closed.

111461 10:18 AM. Theft: Hughes Trigg Student Center/3140 Dyer Street. A student reported theft of currency from her wallet. Open.

111463 5:24 PM. Failure to Leave Identification: Dedman 3 Parking Lot. A student reported damage to his vehicle with no contact information left at the scene. Open.

111464 12:51 AM. Assault/Public Intoxication/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Boaz Hall/3200 Binkley Avenue. A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested, booked into University Park jail and referred to the Student Conduct Office for Assault with bodily injury and for public intoxication. Three students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

111465 2:24 AM. Disorderly Conduct/Public Intoxication: 3000 Dyer Street. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for being intoxicated in a public place and for fighting. Closed.

111467 5:56 PM. Failure To Leave Identification: 3200 Binkley Avenue. A non affiliated person reported some unknown person struck his unoccupied vehicle and failed to leave contact information. Open.

111477 1:04 PM. Theft: Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports/6000 Airline Rd. A student reported theft of currency from his wallet. The theft occurred on 12/8 3:45-10:00 PM. Open.

111479 2:41 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Heroy Lot/3200 University Blvd. Two students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

111480 3:28 AM. Driving While Intoxicated: 6200 Bishop Blvd. A non-affiliated person was arrested and booked into University Park jail for driving while intoxicated. Closed.

111481 7:20 AM. Possession of Marijuana/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Purchasing/Furnishing Alcohol to Minor. Off Campus/5016 Mission Avenue. Dallas Police issued two students citation for underage drinking. Two students who are the renters of the house were arrested and booked into Dallas County jail for furnishing alcohol to minors. All four students were referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.

111482 11:23 AM. Graffiti: 5538 Dyer Street/Suite 101 Alley. An SMU Police Officer reported markings on the wall of the building with spray paint. Open.

111483 7:51 PM. Burglary of Vehicle: Moody Parking Garage/3063 SMU Blvd. A visitor reported theft of his laptop computer from his parked vehicle. The theft occurred between 3:00-6:30 PM. Open.

111486 5:31 AM. Possession of Marijuana/Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia: 3200 Binkley Avenue. A student was arrested and booked into University Park jail for possession of marijuana. Another student was issued a University Park citation for possessing drug paraphernalia. Both students were referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.

111488 2:50 PM. Fire Alarm: Umphrey Lee Center/3300 Dyer Street. An Aramark employee accidently activated a pull station. The pull station was reset and the alarm panel cleared. Closed.

111490 2:04 AM. Theft: McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd. A student reported theft of his Apple I Pad. The theft occurred on sometime between 12/13 10:30 PM - 12/14 2:04 AM. Open.

111491 3:10 AM. Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia/Possession of Marijuana: Binkley Parking Garage/3101 Binkley Avenue. A student was issued a University Park citation for possession of paraphernalia and for underage drinking. The student was arrested and booked into University Park jail for possession of marijuana. The student was referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.

111492 4:48 AM. Criminal Mischief: Clements Hall/3200 Dyer Street. An Aramark employee reported a broken window. Open.

111493 12:29 PM. Assault: Mary Hay Hall/3323 Peyton Parkway. SMU PD is investigating an assault that involved two SMU students. The students were referred to the Student Conduct Office. Open.

111494 6:58 PM. Public Intoxication: SMU Police Department/3128 Dyer Street. A non-affiliated individual was arrested and booked into the University Park Jail for being intoxicated in public. Closed.

December 16

111496 10:04 AM. Theft: SMU Police Department/3128 Dyer Street. A staff member reported theft of a gift card. Video was obtained from a department store of the suspect. The staff member recognized the suspect and declined prosecution of this case. Closed.
