101454 12:31 PM. Failure to Leave Identification: Moody Parking Garage. A student reported her car was side swiped while it was parked in the garage. Open.

101455 7:15 PM. Theft/Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse: Fondren Library/6414 Hyer Lane. A student reported theft of her wallet containing a bank card, cash and drivers license. The theft occurred between 12:30 -3:30 PM. Open.

101457 8:13 AM. Criminal Mischief: Boaz Hall/3200 Binkley Avenue. A police officer reported two ceiling tiles and two sprinkler heads damaged at this location. Open.
December 4
101459 1:08 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: 5900 Hillcrest Avenue. A student was issued a University Park citation and referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.
101460 1:25 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd. A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested, booked into University Park jail and referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.
101461 3:57 AM. Possession of Marijuana: Pi Kappa Alpha House/3035 Dyer Street. Five students were referred to the Student Code of Conduct Office for possession of marijuana and for violation of University Code of Conduct Drug Policy. Closed.
101462 6:55 PM. Criminal Mischief: A Public Service Officer reported he heard some unknown vehicle hit the exit gate arm. The gate arm on the north exit was broken off. Open.

101463 12:55 AM. Criminal Mischief/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID: McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd. A student was issued a University Park citation for underage drinking and for possessing a Fake ID. The student was also referred to the Student Conduct Office for Criminal Mischief: Closed.
101464 2:26 AM. Possession of Marijuana/Arrested on Warrants/Criminal Trespass Warning: Park Cities Plaza/3000 Mockingbird. A non affiliated man was arrested for possession of marijuana and active warrants. Three non affiliated man were issued criminal trespass warnings. Closed.

101468 2:00 AM. Off Campus - Robbery: University Blvd. and Amesbury Drive. A student reported she was robbed of her purse at gun point at her apartment complex off-campus. The Dallas Police Department is investigating this case. Open. SEE ATTACHED CRIME ALERT.

101471 8:13 AM. Criminal Mischief/Burglary of Building: 5800 Dublin/Construction Site. A contractor reported equipment was stolen from storages and tractors were damaged. The incident occurred sometime between 12/8 6:30 PM - 12/9 7:00 AM. Open.
101472 8:45 AM. Theft: Heroy Science Building/3225 Daniel Avenue. A staff member reported theft of her wallet, containing credit/debit cards, Texas ID, security card ,cash, medical insurance card and miscellaneous papers. The incident occurred on12/7 1:30-5:00 PM. Open.
101474 7:14 PM. Assault: McFarlin Auditorium/6405 Boaz Lane. A non affiliated juvenile reported she was grabbed by her arms from behind by an unknown man. She broke free and the incident was reported to SMU police. Open.

101478 12:20 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Boaz Lot/3200 Binkley Avenue. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.
101479 12:30 AM. Public Intoxication/Evading Arrest or Detention/Possession of Fictitious License or ID/Failure to Identify: Boaz Lot/ 3200 Binkley Avenue. A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested, booked into University Park jail and referred to the Student Conduct Office for being intoxicated in a public place, failing to identify and for evading arrest. Student will also be referred for possessing a fake ID. Closed.
101480 1:36 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Phi Gamma Delta/3064 SMU Blvd. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.
101481 2:07 AM. Possession of Marijuana/Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia: McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop Blvd. A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for possession of marijuana and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Closed.
101482 3:28 PM. Criminal Mischief: Meadows Museum Garage/5900 bishop Blvd. A police officer reported a damaged exit gate arm. Open.

101485 3:08 AM. Failure to Identify; Fugitive from Justice/Arrested on Warrant: Dyer Court Lot. A non affiliated person was arrested and booked into Dallas County jail for failing to ID as a fugitive from justice and for two pending warrants from Collin County Sheriff's Office. Closed.
December 13
101488 9:56 AM. Fire Alarm: Beta Theta Pi House/3058 SMU Blvd. University Park Fire Department responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined a smoke detector was activated by steam from the shower. The fire panel was reset and UPFD cleared with no further incident. Closed.
101491 3:00 PM. Burglary of a Building: Baird's Bldg./5230 E. Mockingbird. A contractor reported theft of copper. The theft occurred between 12/12 3:00 PM- 12/13 7:00 AM. Open.

101492 2:15 PM. Theft: Fondren Science Bldg./3215 Daniel Avenue. A student reported theft of his SMU ID card. The theft occurred on 12/14 between 1:00 - 1:15 PM Open.

101494 2:24 PM. Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID: 3000 Dyer Ct. A student was issued a University Park citation and referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking and for possessing a fake ID. The student was also referred to the Student Conduct Office for being in possession of alcohol by a minor. Closed.

101499 9:26 AM. Assault: Law Parking Garage/3330 Daniel Avenue. A student reported her estranged husband assaulted her friend who is an SMU student. Open.

101503 2:18 AM. Driving While Intoxicated: Off Campus/2800 SMU Blvd. Dallas Police Department arrested and booked in a student in the Dallas County jail for driving while intoxicated. The student was referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.
101504 4:11 AM. Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia/Criminal Trespass Warning Issued: Fincher Bldg/6212 Bishop Blvd. A non affiliated person was issued a University Park citation for possessing drug paraphernalia. Closed.
101507 3:40 PM. Theft: SMU Bookstore /Barnes & Noble/3060 Mockingbird Lane. A staff member reported theft of textbooks by an unknown female. The theft occurred on 12/18 between 3:30-3:40 PM. Open.
101508 5:26 PM. Criminal Mischief: Park Cities Plaza/3000 Mockingbird Lane. A police officer reported damage to a brick wall in the alley. Open.

101512 4:31 PM. Criminal Trespass Warning and Warrants. Owens Art Center. A non-affiliated individual with warrants was criminal trespassed from the SMU Campus. Closed.

101514 5:59 PM. Criminal Trespass Warning. Park Cities Plaza/CVS. Four non-affiliated individuals were criminal trespassed from the SMU campus. Closed.

101516 5:18 PM. Theft. Underwood Law Library Bicycle Rack. The theft occurred between 9:00 AM-4:55 PM. A student reported the theft of her bicycle. Open.
101517 5:50 PM. Fire Alarm. Law School Parking Garage. A burning smell from the elevator shaft activated the fire alarm. The elevator was shut down until it can be repaired. Closed.

101522 1:20 PM. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 5900 Block Bishop Blvd. Two non-affiliated brothers were issued University Park citations for having drug paraphernalia in their possession. Closed.

101524 3:16 PM. Burglary of Vehicle: East Campus Parking Lot/6116 Central Expressway. A non affiliated person reported some unknown person broke into her vehicle and stole her purse containing personal items. She also reported theft of three IPODs and a brown jacket. The theft occurred sometime between 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Open.
