090911 12:50 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID: Intersection of Dublin/SMU Blvd. Two students were issued University Park citations for underage drinking and possessing fictitious Identifications. Closed.
090913 1:54 AM. Fire Alarm: Pi Kappa Alpha/3035 Dyer. University Park Fire Department and an SMU Police Officer responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined the west stairwell fire pull station was activated. They searched the building and found two students still in their rooms. University Park Fire Department issued a citation for the false alarm. The alarm panel was silenced by University Park Fire Department. Three students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for failure to evacuate. Closed.

090915 9:11 AM. Off Campus Indecent Exposure: Amesbury St./Lovers Lane. A staff member reported she was waiting for the SMU Bus at Amesbury St. and Lovers Lane when a late model, 2 door black Lexus pulled up next to her. She said the older, white male inside asked for directions and she missed her bus while talking to him. He offered her a ride to work on campus and before he dropped her off at SMU Blvd. and Airline Rd., he exposed himself to her. She did not see the license plate and said she has never seen this individual before. Open.
090916 3:15 PM. Off Campus/Driving While Intoxicated. City of Lewisville. A student was arrested and booked into the Lewisville Jail for driving under the influence of alcohol. She will be referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.
090917 7:59 PM. Possession of Fictitious License or ID: 6100 Ownby Dr. An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign and the student had a fake ID. The student will be referred to the Student Conduct Office for this offense. Closed.
090918 9:56 PM. University Policy Violations: Sigma Phi Epsilon House. Officers performed a walk through of this house during a large party. The house will be referred for alcohol policy violations. Closed.

090921 2:07 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: McElvaney Hall. An officer was flagged down by a taxi driver who transported a student who left his wallet and cell phone in the taxi. The fire department determined the smoke detector was activated by an unknown wet substance. At the request of the Fire Marshal a twenty four hour fire watch was established until the system was repaired and alarm reset. Closed.

The fire panel indicated a trouble with a sprinkler head on the top level. UPFD checked the area and determined the alarm was false. Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Driving Under the Influencer by a Minor/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: 3000 Binkley Ave. Two students were issued University Park citations for underage drinking and referred to the Student Conduct Office. One student was issued a University Park citation for driving under the influence by a minor and referred for possession of alcohol. Closed.
091126 3:40 AM. Criminal Mischief: McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop. While conducting a resident hall check a police officer observed and reported damage to ceiling tiles, exit sign, and a fire extinguisher had been sprayed on the first floor hall. Open.
091128 1:47 PM. Fire Alarm: McElvaney Hall/6000 Bishop. The University Fire Department responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined the alarm was triggered by fire extinguisher dust stirred up by the cleaning crew. The Fire Department reset the alarm panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.
