091163 7:48 PM. Fire Alarm: Lambda Chi Alpha/3004 Dyer Court. An officer was dispatched to a peeping Fire alarm panel. It was determined the fire panel was peeping due to maintenance reasons. The officer silenced the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.

091200 11:40 AM. Theft. Gerald J. Ford Stadium/5801 Airline. A staff member reported theft of money at one of the concession stands from the football game on 10/11/2009. Open.

091201 3:55 PM. Fire Alarm: Moody Parking Garage/3063 SMU Blvd. A police officer responded to an active fire alarm. The fire panel indicated pull station on the 3rd level. The officer conducted an inspection of all pull stations of the third level and none of them had been pulled. The fire safety officer responded who stated staff had been cleaning the garage earlier using a water spray and may have caused the pull station to be malfunctioning. Closed.

091202 6:33 PM. Theft: 6200 Bishop Blvd./Mustang Express Bus Stop. A staff member reported theft of her laptop from the Mustang Express bus. Open.

091204 7:28 AM. Fire Alarm (Trouble Alarm): Phi Delta Theta House/3072 SMU Blvd. A police officer responded to an active trouble alarm. The alarm indicated mechanical room. The officer checked the mechanical room and all appeared to be normal. He silenced the trouble alarm and cleared with no further incident. Closed.

091206 9:11 PM. Failure to Leave Identification: Meadows Museum Parking Garage/5900 Bishop Blvd. A student reported someone struck his vehicle while parked in the garage and no contact information was left at the scene. Open.

091207 10:05 PM. Fire Alarm: Perkins Hall/6004. University Park Fire Department responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined the alarm was caused by a defective smoke detector. UPFD silenced and reset the alarm with no further incident. Closed.

091284 2:45 AM. Public Intoxication/Possession of Fictitious License or ID: 3000 SMU Blvd. A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested and booked into University Park jail for being intoxicated in a public place. The student will also be referred for possessing a fake ID. Closed.

091285 8:49 AM. Theft: Kirby Hall/5915 Bishop Blvd. A staff member reported theft of a computer from her secured office. Open.

091286 1:23 PM. Fire Alarm: Heroy Science Bldg./3225 Daniel. University Park Fire Department, Fire Safety Officer and Risk Management responded to an active fire alarm. The fire panel indicated room 340. The firemen proceeded to room 340 and found a container in a sink with rocks smoking in it. A student was cleaning some rocks with hydrogen peroxide and water and the rocks began to smoke. The Fire Department reset the fire panel and cleared the scene. Closed.
