091330 1:04 PM. Failure to Leave ID and Render Aid: Airline Parking Garage/6506 Airline. A student reported his vehicle was struck by an unknown person who left the scene. Open.
091331 3:46 PM. Aggravated Robbery: 6100 Hillcrest. A student reported she was robbed. The suspect pulled out a knife like object. Open. *** CRIME ALERT ISSUED***.
091332 4:50 PM. Fire Alarm: 6100 Bishop Avenue. A police officer observed flames and smoke coming from the left rear wheel well of a bus on campus. The bus driver was extinguishing the fire. University Park Fire Department responded and observed the bus and said the fire had been extinguished. The bus driver called for a tow truck. UPPD cleared with no further incident. Closed.
091333 8:13 PM. Fire Alarm: Morrison Hall/6004 Bishop. University Park Fire Department responded to an active fire alarm. The responding officer observed an audible alarm but no sign of smoke or fire. The fire panel indicated mechanical room in the basement. UPPD check the area with negative results. UPPD reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.
091334 11:40 PM. Criminal Mischief: McGuire Bldg./6214 Bishop Blvd. A former student report an electrical control and a paper towel holder had been ripped off the wall in the second floor men's restroom. Open.

091335 7:50 AM. Fire Alarm: Collins Hall/3300 University. University Park Fire Department responded to active fire alarm caused by a smoke detector. The UPFD determined a painter sanding in a bathroom stall set off the smoke detector. Closed.
091336 12:53 PM. Illegal Use of Handicapped Placard: SMU Police Dept./3128 Dyer. A student's vehicle was immobilized by parking enforcement office with a boot for illegally using a handicap placard. Closed.

091389 7:51 PM. Fire Alarm: Boaz Hall/3200 Binkley Avenue. University Park Fire Department responded to an active fire alarm. A student placed a metal bowl in the microwave for several minutes causing the interior plastic to burn and melt. The Fire Department reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. 091390 10:40 PM. Fire Alarm: Sigma Chi House/3100 Binkley Avenue. University Park Fire Department responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined it was caused by burnt food inside the microwave. The Fire Department reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.
