090230 2:55 AM. Disorderly Conduct: Off Campus/3448 Normandy. University Park Police issued a student a citation for disturbing the peace. The student was referred to the Student Conduct Officer. Closed.
090231 2:22 AM. Failure to Identify/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: SMU Blvd. Alley. Three female students were issued citation for underage drinking. One of them was also issued a citation for failure to ID for false or fictitious information. Closed.
090232 12:42 AM. Theft: Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports. A student reported theft of credit cards, driver’s license, blockbuster card and a money clip. Open.

090275 11:57 AM. Fire: 3000 Dyer. University Park Fire Department responded to smoke coming from a large trash container. UPFD determined the smoke was coming from dry ice that was left on top of a trash container. The ice was disposed of by Risk Management.
March 14
090277 12:15 AM. Fire: Shuttles Hall/4th Floor. University Park Fire Department responded and confiscated posters that had be set on fire. There was burn marks on the wall where the posters were previously placed and smoke was in the south part of the hallway. University Park Fire Department cleared with no further incident. Open.
090278 2:13 AM. Driving While Intoxicated: Off Campus/6500 Cleburne. A student was arrested, booked into Highland Park jail and referred to the Student Conduct Officer for driving while intoxicated. Closed.
090279 4:43 PM. Juvenile Assault/Criminal Trespass Warning: Law Parking Garage/Top Level. A staff member reported he was hit by a BB while driving west bound on Daniel Street. The Officers made contacted with three juveniles and turned them over to their parents. Closed.

090311 2:32 AM. Assault: 3000 SMU Blvd. Alley/Behind FIJI and PIKE Hoses. Police Officers responded to a fight in progress. Four students reported being injured. Closed. This was later also classified as a "hate crime" due to the assault beginning with racial slurs.
090312 9:41 PM. Criminal Mischief: 6500 Ownby. A police officer reported soap suds in the fountain. Open.

090315 11:36 AM. Criminal Mischief: Owens Arts Center/Caruth Auditorium. A staff member reported damages caused by force entry to a door with latches. Open.

090322 3:14 PM. Fire Alarm: Fondren Library. A police officer responded to an activated fire alarm. University Park Fire Department was disregarded after it was discovered someone exited the fire exit door which activated the alarm. The police officer reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.
March 25
090323 1:28 AM. Fire Alarm: Fondren Library. University Park Fire Department responded to an activated fire alarm. The fire panel indicated an active pull station on the 2nd floor. The Fire Department did not find any pull station activated and the fire systems horns and strobes were not activated. The Fire panel would not reset and fire department cleared with no further incident. Closed.
090325 8:40 PM. Public Intoxication: Moody Coliseum. A non affiliated person was issued a University Park citation and arrested, booked into Highland Park jail for being intoxicated in a public place. Closed.
