090625 12:42 AM. Alcohol Policy Violation: Off Campus/6000 Thackery. A University Park Police Officer issued a University Park Citation to an SMU student for underage drinking. The student was referred to the Student Conduct Officer. Closed.
090626 2:24 AM. Assist Other Agency/Public Intoxication: Off Campus/6300 Armstrong. An SMU Police Officer responded to assist University Park Police with an intoxicated person who caused damage to another vehicle. The non affiliated person was arrested and booked into Highland Park jail. Closed.
090627 10:35 AM. Fire Alarm: Shuttles Hall/6212 Hillcrest. University Park Fire Department responded to an activated fire alarm. It was determined the alarm was triggered accidentally by a contractor who was changing out the battery on the pull station. The firemen reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.

090633 7:23 PM. Assist Other Agency/Theft: Park Cities Plaza/CVS Drug Store. SMU Police assisted University Park Police with three non affiliated females who had stolen property in their undergarments that belonged to CVS. One subject had stolen property in her purse. University Park Police took custody of the subjects and booked them into Highland Park jail. Closed.

090658 1:13 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Bishop Blvd. Two minors were cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Closed.
090658 3:35 PM. Theft: Fondren Library. A student reported the theft of a laptop computer. Closed.
090660 5:47 PM. Fire Alarm: Phi Gamma Delta House. Officers responded to the building in full alarm. UP Fire Department also responded and determined anything could have triggered the smoke detector. Closed.
090662 8:45 PM. Fire Alarm: Virginia Hall. An officer noticed the horns and strobes were activated in Virginia Hall. University Park Fire and Rescue was dispatched to the scene. The fire alarm shoed to be caused by a heat alarm in the room. University Park Fire and Rescue investigated the room and found it to be extremely hot. The fire alarm panel was reset. Closed.
