090693 9:24 AM Fire: Junkins Bldg./6251 Airline. Officers responded to a smoldering trashcan. University Park Fire Department was not dispatched. The officers put out the fire and reported no damage was caused. Closed.

090696 9:17 PM Failure To Leave Identification: Moody Parking Garage/3063 SMU Blvd./2nd Level. A student reported her vehicle was struck while parked and no identification was left. Open.

090698 3:09 PM Fire Alarm: 3064 SMU Blvd. Officer responded to an active fire alarm. The officer made contact with personnel from the alarm company who said they had been conducting tests on the fire panel. University Park Fire Department did not respond. Closed.

A non affiliated person reported she saw an unknown white male on his hands and knees watching her change into her swim clothing in the women's restroom. When she looked around the corner and saw him he stood to his feet and ran out of the restroom. Open.

090701 6:09 AM Public Intoxication/Possession of Fictitious ID: Virginia Snider Hall/Parking Spaces In Front of Building. A student was arrested and booked into the Highland Park Jail for being intoxicated in public and having a fake ID. He will also be referred to the Conduct Officer. Closed.

090706 9:38 PM. Fire Alarm (Trouble Alarm): Perkins Hall/6004/Attic. An Officer responded to an active trouble alarm. It was determined the fire panel reset itself and the status was indicating normal. The Officer conducted a walk through of the attic with on signs of smoke, fire or any tampering with the alarm system. Closed.
090707 7:27 PM. Fire Alarm: Perkins Hall/6004 Hillcrest/Kitchen. University Park Fire Department arrived to an active fire alarm. It was determined burned instant noodles in the microwave was the cause of the alarm activation. UPFD reset the alarm and cleared with no further incident. Closed.

090709 3:42 PM. Fire : 3:42 PM. An Officer observed a large towel on fire hanging from the fence. It was determined the fire was caused from construction workers welding on the roof of the building. University Park Fire Department did not respond. Closed.

090710 4:55 PM. Fire (Accidental): Selecman Hall /2nd Floor. A staff member reported she accidentally hit the fire alarm pull station with some boxes she was carrying. An officer responded and reset the pull station clearing the fire panel. Closed.
090714 9:38 PM. Burglary: South Lot Bicycle Locker. A staff member reported the theft of two bicycles from a bicycle storage facility. Open.

090730 8:23 AM. Fire Alarm: Pi Kappa Alpha/3035 Dyer St. An officer responded to an active fire alarm. The contractors said the activation was caused by dust in the smoke detectors. University Park Fire Department did not respond. The officer reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.
090731 8:59 AM. Burglary of a Building: Paul Loyd All Sports Center/5800 Ownby. A staff member reported theft of a black Adidas duffel bag with the emblem "SMU Mustang Club". Pry marks to a safe were also noted with no signs of forced entry into the office. Open.
