March 1

080234    2:03 AM.   Consumption of Alcohol by Minor:    Smith Hall.     A student was referred to the Judicial Officer for consumption of alcohol by a minor.    Closed.

080235    2:26 AM.    Driving While Intoxicated:    Main Quad/Flag Pole.    A student was arrested and booked into Highland Park Jail for driving while under the influence of alcohol.  Closed.

080236    11:36 AM.    Possession of Fictitious License or ID:    5800 Bishop Blvd.    A student was referred to the Judicial Officer for possession of a fictitious driver's License.    Closed.

080237    3:58 PM.    Criminal Mischief:      Moody Parking Garage.   A visitor reported some unknown person struck his back door window with an unknown object and broke it.    Open.

080238    5:02 PM.    Criminal Mischief:    Hyer Hall.    An officer reported some unknown person shattered a cement trashcan on the sidewalk on the west side.    Open.

080240    1:46 AM.    Consumption of Alcohol by Minor:    Shuttles Hall.    A student was referred to the Judicial Officer for consumption of alcohol by a minor.    Closed.

080241    3:13 AM.    Possession of Marijuana:   Off Campus.     Two students were stopped on traffic by Highland Park Police Department and subsequently arrested for possession of marijuana.  Both students were referred to the Judicial Officer for possession of marijuana.  Closed.

080246    4:08 PM.      Illegal Use of Handicapped Placard:     6200 Ownby.    A student was referred to the Judicial Officer for fraudulent use of a handicap placard.    Closed.

080252    12:41 PM.    Theft($50-499):    Perkins Administration Bldg.    A contractor reported a Leaser Alignment tool was stolen from Husky brand bag.  Open.

080256    9:02 AM.    Criminal Mischief:    3000 SMU Blvd.    A student reported damages to his vehicle while parked at this location.  Open.

080257    11:17 AM.    Warrants:    McFarlin Auditorium.      A non-affiliated individual was arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail for outstanding warrants.    Closed.

080261    11:04 PM.    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:    Two students were referred to the Judicial Officer for consumption of alcohol by minors.    Closed.

080262    2:00 AM.    Consumption of Alcohol by Minor:    Sigma Alpha Epsilon House.    A student was referred to the Judicial Officer for consumption of alcohol by a minor.    Closed.

080266    12:35 PM.    Assault:    Off Campus.    A student reported that on a previous date members of the Phi Delta Theta broke into his house and destroyed furnishings and belongings.  One of the members punched him in the face.     Open.

080286    8:09 PM.    Reckless Damage or Destruction:    West Quad Lot.    A student forgot her vehicle had been immobilized with a boot and placed her vehicle in reverse causing the boot to get trapped underneath the tire.    Closed.

080288    3:43 AM.    Public Intoxication:    Off Campus.  A student was arrested by University Park Police Department and referred to the Judicial Officer for being intoxicated in public.    Closed.

080290    10:55 AM:    Theft (Less than $50):  3000 Binkley Ave.  A non-affiliated man reported that someone stole his temporary license plate.  Closed.

CAMPUS CRIME ALERT ISSUED FOR REPORT 080296

080296    2:08 AM:    Aggravated Assault:     Sigma Alpha Eplison (SAE) House.  A female student reported that she believed she had been drugged and assaulted by a male student in the SAE house.  The suspect was later identified and questioned and police are further investigating the matter. UPDATE:  The victim decided not to pursue criminal charges, this case is now referred to the Dean of Student Life's Office.  Closed.

080298     11:35 AM:    Harassment:     Dallas Hall.  A student reported that she has been receiving harassing calls.  Open.

080299    2:37 PM:    Criminal Mischief:    Umphrey Lee Parking Lot.  A student reported that someone had damaged her car.  Closed.

080330    1:18 AM:        Administrative Report of Theft:    Off Campus - 7 Eleven at 3000 Mockingbird Ave.    Three-non affiliated hispanic males stole cigarettes from this location.  The Dallas Police Department is investigating.    Open.

080331    3:15 AM:        Public Intoxication:    Sigma Chi Parking Lot.    A student was arrested and booked into the Highland Park Jail for being intoxicated in public.    Closed.

080332    3:20 AM:    Driving While Intoxicated/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:    Park Cities Plaza.    A student was arrested and booked into the Highland Park Jail for driving under the influence of alcohol.  The passenger in the vehicle was cited for underage drinking.    Closed.
