080001 2:08 AM Driving Under the Influence by a Minor/DUI. 3400 Daniel Street. A former student was cited for drinking and driving. Closed.

080003 5:22 AM Warrants/Criminal Trespass. 3128 Dyer Street. A non-affiliated individual was arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail for outstanding warrants. He was also issued a Criminal Trespass Warning. Closed.

080005 1:19 PM Criminal Mischief. Expressway Tower. A cinder block was thrown through a glass door. Open.

080006 12:56 PM Harassment. Multicultural House. A student reports he is being harassed by notes and phone messages. Open.

080010 2:37 AM Criminal Trespass. Park Cities Plaza/Starbucks. A non-affiliated individual was arrested and booked into the Highland Park Jail for violating a criminal trespass warning. Closed.

080012 1:10 AM Possession of Fictitious ID or License/Failure to Stop. A student was issued a citation for failing to stop at a stop sign and having a fake ID. Closed.
080013 12:05 AM Fire Alarm. Kappa Alpha Theta House. Burned food in the microwave set off the fire alarm. No damage was done. UPFD responded. Closed.
080014 4:07 PM Theft. Hamon Arts Library. A non-affiliated person reported property stolen from this location. Open.
080017 5:41 PM Criminal Mischief. PIKE House. A student caused damage to the columns on the front porch with an with another student's ax. Both students were referred to the Student Code of Conduct Officer. Closed.

080018 2:05 AM. Public Intoxication. Phi Gamma Delta House. A student refused to pay his cab fare. Student was located inside this house and will be referred to the Student Code of Conduct Officer for drinking too much. Closed.
080020 4:20 PM Fraud. Off Campus Shell Gas Station. This is an investigation of using a credit card illegally. Open
080022 11:30 PM Fire Alarm. Pi Beta Phi House. A malfunctioning washing machine was smoking and set off the fire alarm. UPFD responded. Closed.

080023 9:04 AM Criminal Mischief. Panhellenic House #2. The House Mom said someone is turning off the electricity to the house during the night. Open.
080026 11:05 PM Driving While Intoxicated/Public Intoxication/Evading Arrest. 3323 Peyton Parkway. A student reported two men in a truck blocked her vehicle in and then one of the men got out of the vehicle and urinated in front of her. Officers made contact with the individuals in the vehicle and they fled in the vehicle. University Park Police located the individuals at a location next to the campus. The driver was arrested and booked into jail for drinking and driving and evading arrest. The other individual was arrested for being publicly intoxicated. Closed

080027 7:59 AM Failure to Leave Identifying Information at the Scene of an Accident. SMU Alley behind the PIKE House. The House Mom reported her vehicle was hit while it was parked in the alley and the suspect failed to leave their contact information. Open.
080029 9:09 PM Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. 2913 Dyer Street near the SAE House. A student was referred to the Student Code of Conduct Officer for underage drinking. Open.
080030 11:25 PM Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possesion of Fictitious License or ID. 3000 Block Daniel Street. A non-affiliated individual was arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail for underage drinking, possessing a fake license and outstanding warrants. Closed.

080031 12:35 AM Criminal Mischief. Shuttles Hall. While conducting a residence hall check, an officer observed damage to the door of an elevator. Open.
080032 5:12 PM Failure to Leave Identifying Information at the Scene of an Accident. South Quad Lot. A student reported someone damaged her vehicle while it was parked and failed to leave contact information. Open.

080034 8:47 AM Criminal Mischief. Dedman 3 Parking Lot. The gate arm was damaged at this location. Open.
080035 10:18 AM Fire Alarm. Virginia Snider Hall. A student caught a piece of bread and an oven mitt on fire. The student extinguished the fire and UPFD arrived and determined there to be no further danger. Closed.
080037 2:20 PM Fire. Park Cities Plaza. A staff member reported a fire in a trash receptable in front of the bookstore. The Officer responding to the scene extinguished the fire and UPFD responded and put water into the trash can. There was no damage reported. Closed.
080041 8:48 PM Fire Alarm. Peyton Hall. An Officer and the UP Fire Marshall responded to the scene and found burned popcorn in a microwave near a smoke detector. Closed.

080043 1:52 PM. Fire Alarm. Sigma Alpha Epsilon House. Report of a possible gas leak. UPFD and Atmos Energy responded and could not determine the origin of the gas smell. Closed.

080049 1:46 PM Fire. Umphrey Lee Center. A staff member reported a fire in the dumpster on the Northwest side of the building. UPFD and an Officer responded and UPFD extinguished the fire which they say was started by charcoal in the dumpster. Closed.
080050 4:25 PM Failure to Leave Identifying Information at the Scene of an Accident. Moody Parking Garage. A student reported her parked vehicle was damaged and the suspect failed to leave contact information. Open.

080054 12:54 AM. Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. Shuttles Hall. A student will be referred to the Student Conduct Officer for underage drinking. Closed.

080062 2:52 AM. Driving Under the Influence(Minor)/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. South Quad Lot. A student was cited for underage drinking and driving, two other students who were passengers were referred to the Student Code of Conduct Officer for underage drinking. Closed.
