080023 9:04 AM Criminal Mischief. Panhellenic House #2. The House Mom said someone is turning off the electricity to the house during the night. Open.
080026 11:05 PM Driving While Intoxicated/Public Intoxication/Evading Arrest. 3323 Peyton Parkway. A student reported two men in a truck blocked her vehicle in and then one of the men got out of the vehicle and urinated in front of her. Officers made contact with the individuals in the vehicle and they fled in the vehicle. University Park Police located the individuals at a location next to the campus. The driver was arrested and booked into jail for drinking and driving and evading arrest. The other individual was arrested for being publicly intoxicated. Closed

080035 10:18 AM Fire Alarm. Virginia Snider Hall. A student caught a piece of bread and an oven mitt on fire. The student extinguished the fire and UPFD arrived and determined there to be no further danger. Closed.
080037 2:20 PM Fire. Park Cities Plaza. A staff member reported a fire in a trash receptable in front of the bookstore. The Officer responding to the scene extinguished the fire and UPFD responded and put water into the trash can. There was no damage reported. Closed.
080041 8:48 PM Fire Alarm. Peyton Hall. An Officer and the UP Fire Marshall responded to the scene and found burned popcorn in a microwave near a smoke detector. Closed.

080043 1:52 PM. Fire Alarm. Sigma Alpha Epsilon House. Report of a possible gas leak. UPFD and Atmos Energy responded and could not determine the origin of the gas smell. Closed.
