080154    1:14 AM:    Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID:  Phi Gamma Delta House.    Three students were referred to the Judicial Officer for Possession of Alcohol by Minor.  Six students were referred to the Judicial Officer for violation of Consumption of Alcohol by Minor.  One student was referred to the Judicial Officer for Possession of Fictitious ID.      Closed.

080157    2:32 AM:    Criminal Mischief:    Mary Hay Hall.    An officer observed and reported feces smeared on the steps and walls of the east stairwell between the first and second floors.  Open.

080180    1:09 PM:    Theft ($50-499):    Cockrell Bicycle Rack.    A student reported some unknown person stole his bicycle. The bicycle was found parked and secured at Hughes-Trigg bike racked.   Closed.
