070631 12:10 AM: Criminal Trespass/Failure to Identify/Warrant Arrest: 2900 block of Binkley Avenue. A non-affiliated man was arrested for Failure to Identify when he provided false information regarding his identity. The man will also be charge with Criminal Trespass and was transported to Highland Park Jail. Another non-affiliated man was arrested on an outstanding warrant and transported to Dallas County Jail.
