070128  7:22 AM:  Criminal Mischief:   Owens Fine Arts Center.  Someone damaged a protective bollard next to the gate card entry reader.  Closed.

070129  3:00 PM:  Theft Class B ($50-$499):  Hughes Trigg Student Center.  A staff member reported the theft of a nail gun.  Open.

070130  6:02 AM:  Possession of Fictitious ID:  South Quad Parking lot.  A student will be referred to Judicial Affairs.  Closed.

070131  12:45 PM: Theft-Class B ($50-$499):  Cockrell Hall bike rack.  A student reported the theft of her bike.  Open.

070134    2:34 AM:    Driving While Intoxicated:    5900 block Bishop Blvd.    An unaffiliated man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and booked into UP jail.    Closed

070138    5:44 PM:    Failure to Leave Identification (FLID):    The Service House.    A student reported his vehicle was struck while parked and unattended.    Open.

070143    10:31 AM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Dedman Center.  A staff member's camera and memory stick were stolen.  Open.

070144    11:27 AM:    Theft - Class A ($500-1499)/Criminal Trespass/Unlawful Use of Criminal Instrument:  2900 SMU Boulevard.  A non-affiliated man was arrested and transported to Dallas County Jail for stealing a student's bicycle.  Closed.

070147    1:33 AM:    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID:  Five students will be referred to Judicial Affairs for underage drinking.  One other student will be referred for having a counterfeit ID.  Closed.

070149    2:04 PM:    Burglary of a Habitation:  Mary Hay Hall.  Someone stole jewelry from a student's secured room.  No signs of forced entry were observed.  Open.  

070150    08:00 AM:    Criminal Mischief:  Dedman 3 Parking Lot.  A student's vehicle was damaged while parked in the lot.  Open.

070163  1:50 AM:  Driving While Intoxicated/Criminal Trespass Warning:  5900 block of Bishop Blvd.  A non-affiliated woman was arrested for DWI, issued a CTW and booked into the UP Jail.  Closed.

070164  3:27 AM:  Consumption of Alcohol by Minor/Possession of Fictitious ID/Disorderly Conduct:  3000 block of SMU Blvd.  A student will be referred to Judicial Affairs for underage drinking, possessing a counterfeit ID and urinating in a public place.  Closed.

070166  6:30 AM:  Driving Under the Influence (Minor):  3200 block Binkley Ave.  A student was cited. Closed.

070168  9:20 PM:  Public Intoxication/Consumption of Alcohol by Minor/Disorderly Conduct:  Mary Hay Hall.  A student was arrested and booked into the UP Jail.  Closed.

070169    10:07 AM:    Theft - Class C (Less than $50)/Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse:  Dedman Center.  A student's ID card was stolen and used to make unauthorized purchases.  Open.

070170    2:04 PM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Dedman Center.  A student's wallet was stolen from a locker room.  Open.

070174    11:31 AM:    Harassment:  Dallas Hall.  A student received harassing phone calls and e-mails from another student.  Officer made contact with the suspect.  Judicial Referral.  Closed.

070176    2:48 PM:    Possession of Marijuana/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia:  Three students were arrested and transported to UP Jail.  Closed.

070177    10:10 AM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Clements Hall.  A student had money stolen from her unattended purse.  Open.

070180    10:30 PM:    Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:  Mary Hay Hall.  A student was cited.  Closed.

070181    3:53 AM:    Criminal Mischief:  Cockrell Hall.  A window was found damaged.  Open.

070182    10:46 AM:    Assault:  Underwood Law Library.  Two students assaulted each other.  Affidavits of Non-Prosecution were signed by both students.  Judicial Referral.  Closed.

070184    4:05 PM:    Burglary of a Building:  Owens Art Center.  A faculty member reported someone stole a computer hard drive and monitor from her secured office.  Open.

070227    9:01 AM:    Burglary of a Habitation:  3004 Dyer Court.  Someone stole a television and the coat of arms from the Lambda Chi Alpha house.  Open.

070228    11:27 AM:    Failure to Leave Identification (Accident Scene):  Someone caused damage to a student's vehicle and failed to leave identification as required by law.  Open.

070229    11:51 AM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Fondren Science Building.  A computer was stolen from an unlocked classroom.  Open.

070231    3:40 PM:    Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer:  Meadows Museum Parking Garage.  A student was arrested and booked into UP Jail.  Closed.
