070351    1:50 AM:    Driving Under the Influence (Minor)/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:    Owens Parking Lot.  One student cited and two students referred to the Judicial Officer for underage drinking.  Closed.

070353    2:40 AM:    Assault:    Boaz Hall.  A student reported she was assaulted by her non-affiliated ex-boyfriend.  Open.

070354    5:12 AM:    Criminal Trespass/Criminal Mischief:    Boaz Hall.  Someone entered a student's room without authorization and damaged electronics.  Open.

070355    4:50 PM:    Theft- Class B ($50-499):    Moody Parking Garage.  The front license plate was stolen from a student's vehicle.  Open.

070358    1:11 PM:    Theft - SJF ($1500-19999):  Embrey Engineering Building.  A computer and briefcase were stolen from a staff member's office.  Open.

070359    4:06 PM:    Failure to Leave ID at Accident Scene:    Boaz Parking Lot.  Someone damaged a student's vehicle and failed to leave identification as required by law.  Open.

070362    11:12 AM:    Criminal Trespass:  Blanton Student Services Building.  A non-affiliated man was arrested for violating a criminal trespass warning.  He was transported to UP Jail.  Closed.

070363    8:14 PM:    Theft - SJF ($1500-19999):  Dedman Center.  Two students and a staff member reported personal property was stolen from their secured lockers.  Open.

070365    4:48 AM:    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor:   Boaz Hall.     Two students will be referred to the Judicial Officer for underage drinking.  Closed.

070367    3:38 PM:    Failure to Leave Identification:       3064 SMU Boulevard.     A student reported an unknown person hit his parked vehicle.    Open.

070368    4:46 PM:    Theft - Class B ($50-$499):    Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports.    A student's property was taken from this location.    Open.

070369    7:27 PM:    Theft - Class A ($500-$1499):    University Gardens Apartment Complex.    Copper pipe was stolen from this location.    Open.

070370    11:59 AM:    Theft - Class B ($50-$499):    Fondren Library.    A student reported her wallet was stolen. It was recovered 20 minutes later by a staff member.    Closed.

070374    3:48 AM:    Criminal Mischief - Class B ($50-$499):    McElvaney Hall.    A fire extinguisher was discharged in the lobby for no apparent cause.    Open.

070375    7:24 PM:    Burglary of a Vehicle:    Dyer Court Lot.    A student's vehicle was burglarized and the stereo system was stolen. Open.

070382    12:52 PM:    Burglary of Habitation:  3064 SMU Boulevard.  Someone entered the Phi Gamma Delta house without authorization and stole a flag and several books.  The offense was reported to have occurred between 04/19/07 at 11:00 PM and 04/20/07 at 9:00 AM.  Open.

070383    1:41 PM:    Burglary of Habitation:  3064 SMU Boulevard.  Someone entered the Phi Gamma Delta house without authorization and stole a table.  The offense was reported to have occurred between 04/06/07 at 1:00 AM and 04/07/07 at 9:00 AM.  Open.

070385    2:48 AM:    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:  Boaz Parking Lot.  Two students will be referred to the Judicial Officer for underage drinking.  Closed.

070386    7:33 PM:    Criminal Mischief:  Theology Parking Lot.  A gate arm was damaged.  Open.

070387    1:44 PM:    Theft - Class C (Less than $50):  Maguire Building-BIC Library.  A student reported his driver's license was stolen.  The offense was reported to have occurred on 03/06/07 between 9:20 AM and 12:30 PM.  Open.

070389    3:56 PM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499)/Criminal Mischief:  Owens Art Center. A staff member reported an unknown man tried to steal tools from his office.  The man departed the area prior to police arrival.  The unknown suspect is described as a B/M, 40-45 years of age, 5'9", 160, black and gray hair cut short.  He was wearing a plaid green shirt.  Open.

070391    3:02 AM:    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID:  Bishop Boulevard.  A student will be referred to the Judicial Officer for underage drinking and possession of a counterfeit ID.  Closed.

070392    3:52 AM:    Possession of Marijuana/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Possession of Fictitious License or ID:  Moody Parking Garage.  A student was arrested for having marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a counterfeit ID.  He was transported to UP Jail.  A second student was cited for having drug paraphernalia.  Closed.

070393    12:16 AM:    Driving Under the Influence (Minor)/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:     6000 Block Ownby.    Two student were cited for underage drinking violations.    Closed.

070394    4:55 AM:    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor:    Kappa Alpha Theta House (alley).    A student was cited for underage drinking violations.    Closed.

070396    2:27 PM:    Criminal Mischief - Class C:    McFarlin Auditorium.    Damage was reported to a bathroom.    Open.

070398    11:46 PM:    Public Intoxication/Possession of Fictitious License or ID:    A student was arrested and transported to University Park Jail.  Closed.

070399    2:24 PM:    Driving While Intoxicated/Possession of Fictitious License or ID:    A student was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.  The student will  also be referred for possessing a fake ID.    Closed.

070417    11:50 PM:    Assault:    Morrison Hall.    Students were throwing water balloons from an open window and struck another student in the head and leg.    Closed.

070431    12:13 PM:    Theft - Class A ($500-$1499):    University Gardens Apartment Complex.    Two unaffiliated men were arrested for stealing scrap metal.    Closed.

070437    11:12 AM:    Criminal Mischief:  Hyer Hall.  Someone wrote on a desk in a classroom.  The offense occurred sometime between 04/16/07 and 04/23/07. Open.

070439    5:14 PM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499)/Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse:  Collins Executive Education Center.  A student's wallet was stolen and her credit cards used to make unauthorized charges.  Open.

070440    9:25 AM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Fondren Library.  A computer monitor and camera were stolen.  Offense occurred between 04/24/07 at 2:00 PM and 04/25/07 at 2:15 PM.  Open.

070441    10:06 AM:    Public Intoxication:  3064 SMU Boulevard Alley.  A non-affiliated man was arrested and transported to UP Jail.  Closed.

070443    1:36 PM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Phi Gamma Delta.  A barbeque grill was stolen from the backyard patio.  The offense occurred between 04/20/07 at 12:00 PM and 04/23/07 at 1:55 PM.  Open.

070445    2:48 AM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Fondren Library.  An Ipod was reported stolen.  Cleaning staff found the Ipod and turned it in to officers.  The Ipod was returned to the owner.  Unfounded.

070446    4:00 AM:    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:  Boaz Hall.  A student will be referred to the Judicial Officer.  Closed.

070447    9:32 AM:    Failure to Leave Identification (at Accident Scene):  6300 Ownby Street.  Someone damaged a student's vehicle and failed to leave identification as required by law.  The offense occurred on 04/26/07 between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Open.

070448    1:00 PM:    Motor Vehicle Theft:  3105 Binkley Avenue.  A student reported someone stole his Vespa Moped.  The offense occurred on 04/26/07 between 12:30 AM and 12:45 PM. Open.
