061119  8:02 AM:     Public Intoxication/Possession of Marijuana/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia:    South Quad parking lot.  A non-affiliated man was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place and was booked into the University Park Jail.  The man was also found in possession of marijuana and two smoking pipes.  Closed.

061120  1:26 PM:    Theft Class B ($50-$499):  Blanton Building.  A student removed and stole an immobilization device.  The student was contacted, and the property was recovered.  The student will be referred to the Judicial Officer.  Closed.

061121  3:46 PM:     Theft Class C (Less than $50):  Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports.  A non-affiliated man reported the theft of a legal pad holder.  Open.

061122  3:04 AM:       Public Intoxication/Criminal Trespass Warning:  South Quad Lot/Barr Pool.  Six non-affiliated persons were in the pool after hours and were trespassed from campus.  One person was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.  Closed.

061125  1:17 AM:       Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Criminal Trespass Warning:  SMU Blvd and Dublin St.  Two non-affiliated females were issued citations for underage drinking and trespassed from campus.  Closed.

061128    1:32 PM:    Theft - Class C (under $50)/Criminal Mischief:  Binkley Avenue Apartments.  Copper tubing was stolen from the side of a building causing damage.  Open.

061129    9:17AM:    Harassment:  Umphrey Lee Cafeteria.  A staff member reported an irate employee threatened her when she terminated his employment.  Open.

061131    2:46 PM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  2900 block of Binkley Avenue.  Someone stole a student's bicycle.  Open.

061132    3:53 PM:    Criminal Mischief:  Main Quad.  Someone wrote derogatory language on the Dedman College sign.  Open.

061134    11:06 AM:    Credit Card or Debit Card:  Shuttles Hall.  A student reported someone made unauthorized charges on her SMU Pony Card.  Open.

061135    12:42 PM:    Criminal Mischief:  Airline Parking Garage.  A gate arm was found damaged.  Open.

061136    1:36 PM:    Assault/Disorderly Conduct:  Park Cities Plaza.  Two non-affiliated women were involved in a physical altercation.  Both women were cited and released.  Closed.


October 12

061137    1:23 AM:    Possession of Cocaine/Unlawful Carrying of Weapons/Warrant Arrest:  Officers contacted a non-affiliated man in front of the residence hall.  The man was in possession of an illegal knife.  A check for warrants revealed the man had several outstanding arrest warrants.  The man was also in possession of cocaine.  The man was arrested and transported to Dallas County Jail. Closed.

061139    1:13 PM:    Harassment:  Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports.  A student reported another student made a threatening comment to her over the telephone.  Open.
