060313 2:28 AM: Graffiti/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: 2933 Binkley Avenue. Two non-affiliated women were arrested for spray painting on the walls of a building, dumpsters and doors in the area. Both underage women were also cited for consuming alcoholic beverages. One of the women was cited for having a smoking pipe with drug residue in it. Closed.

060320 1:34 AM: Burglary of a Vehicle: 3000 Daniel Avenue-Sorority Lot 1. A student reported two men were burglarizing her vehicle. The two men stole two make-up bags. The student's boyfriend confronted the men and was able to recovered one of the bags. Officer searched for the men, but did not locate them on campus. Open.

The SMU Police received information from a third party that a male student attempted to sexually assault a female student on 03/04/06. The female student was contacted and told police she does not wish to pursue a criminal investigation or university judicial action at this time. Closed.
060342 7:46 PM: Public Intoxication/Possession of Substance-Penalty Group 2: Moody Parking Garage. A non-affiliated man was arrested for public intoxication. The man was also in possession of 1.3 grams of psilocybin (illegal mushrooms). The man was transported to UP Jail. Closed.

060354 6:28 PM: Arson: Law Parking Garage. An officer saw smoke coming from a trash can in the garage. The officer extinguished the fire. The UP Fire Marshal determined the fire had been purposely set. Further investigation by the Fire Marshal determined a 12 year old juvenile admitted to setting the fire. Closed.
