060021 7:05 AM: Theft - Class A ($500-1500)/Criminal Trespass Warning: Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports (construction area). Two construction workers witnessed another worker steal their tools from an unlocked toolbox. The suspect was contacted and the tools were recovered. The construction workers do not wish to pursue criminal charges. The suspect was issued a criminal trespass warning and his employment was terminated. Closed.

060035 1:20 AM: Use of Fraudulent/Stolen Parking Permit: Officers immobilized a students car when they believed that the parking permit was stolen. Further investigation revealed that the permit had not been stolen. The immobilization device was removed. Unfounded.
