060266 8:06 AM: Sexual Assault: 2949 Binkley Ave: The father of a 16 year old high school girl reported his daughter was dropped off by her friends at the apartment of a 20 year old male student. She apparently spent the night with the man without the parents' knowledge. The parents of the girl have filed a criminal complaint against the male student under a statutory rape clause. An investigation is still on going. Open
(Amendment to this investigation: On 2/22/06, the suspect was arrested by SMU Police for one count of "Indecency with a Child - a 2nd degree felony.
