060463  1:46 AM:  Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Evading Arrest or Detention:  2916 Binkley Apartments.  Nine students and one non-affiliated person were cited for consumption and evading.  Closed.

060466  12:40 PM:  Criminal Mischief:  Daniel House.  Someone damaged a dryer in the laundry room.  Closed.

060469  1:49 AM:  Illegal Use of Handicapped Placard:  South Quad Parking Lot.  A student had a counterfeit handicapped placard displayed in his SUV.  The SUV was towed, and the student faces charges for the violation.  Open.

060475  2:36 AM:  Criminal Trespass/Criminal Mischief:  3130 Daniel-SMU Apartments.  A student kicked in two apartment doors and entered the apartments.  He was taken into custody.  Closed.

060480  11:50 AM:  Credit Card Abuse:  Off campus locations.  A staff member reported someone made unauthorized charges on her checking account.  Open.

060482  1:40 AM:  Criminal Trespass:  Officers made contact with two students who were observed in the Barr Pool without authorization.  The students were contacted and identified.  Judicial Referral.

060525  7:54 PM: :  Public Intoxication/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Criminal Mischief-Class B ($50-499):  Boaz Hall. Two students referred to the Judicial Officer for damaging an exit sign. One of the students was also referred for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor and the other student was arrested for Public Intoxication.  Closed.

060527  4:11 AM:  Illegal Use of Handicapped Placard:  West Quad Parking Lot.  A student was in possession of her grandmothers handicapped pass and parked in a handicapped parking space.  She was cited and referred to Judicial Affairs.  Closed.

060528  5:27 AM:  Criminal Mischief:  McElvaney Hall.  Someone damaged ceiling tiles on the third floor.  Closed.

060529  5:09PM:  Theft Class B ($50-$499):  South Quad Parking Lot.  A student reported that someone stole a wheel cover off his car.  Closed.

060530  12:13 AM:  Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia:  Kappa Alpha House.  Five underage students were cited for consumption of alcohol and one student was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Closed.

060531  2:05 AM:  Possession of Marijuana/Fire Alarm:  Phi Gamma Delta House.  Someone was smoking marijuana causing the fire alarm to activate.  Officers located marijuana in a students room, they will be referred to Judicial Affairs.  Closed.

060532  2:59 AM:  Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Public Intoxication:  5900 Bishop Blvd.  Two underage students were cited for consumption of alcohol and one was arrested for public intoxication.  Closed.

060533  4:47 AM:  Possession of Marijuana/Arrested on Warrant/Criminal Trespass Warning:  Delta Sigma Theta House.  A non-affiliated man was arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail.  He was also issued a criminal trespass warning.  Closed.

060537    10:59 AM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Shuttles Hall.  A student reported someone stole his bicycle from the bike rack.  Open.

060540    2:41 PM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Mary Hay Hall.  A student reported someone stole clothes from the basement laundry room.  Open.

060541    6:17 PM:    Criminal Mischief:  Snider Hall.  Some damaged the cover of the door viewer on a student's residence hall entry door.  Open.

060543    10:59 PM:    Harassment:  Theology Parking Lot.  A student reported two known non-affiliated women were following her around on campus.  One of the women was harassing her by telephone.  Open.

April 18

060545    3:07 AM:    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor:  6000 Block of Bishop Boulevard.  A student was cited for underage drinking.  Closed.

060547    10:18 AM:    Theft - Class A ($500-1499):  Hughes Trigg Student Center.  A non-affiliated man was arrested for stealing a bicycle from the west side of the building.  The man used bolt cutters to cut the lock.  Officers arrested the man and transported him to UP Jail. Closed.

060548    12:42 PM:    Theft - Class B ($50-499):  Umphrey Lee Center.  A staff member said someone stole gift cards and lottery scratch off cards from her office desk.  Open.

060549    2:13 PM:    Theft - Class C (Under $50):  Airline Parking Garage.  A student reported someone stole her parking permit from her vehicle.  Open.

060550    3:10 PM:    Theft - State Jail Felony ($1500-19999):  Crow Building.  A student reported someone stole his unsecured laptop computer from a classroom on 04/13/06.  The computer was turned in by cleaning staff on 04/19/06 and returned to the owner.  Case unfounded.

060552    3:04 PM:    Illegal Use of Handicapped Placard:  Theology Lot.  A student will be referred to the Judicial Officer for displaying a handicap placard which did not belong to her.  The placard was later confiscated for return to the state.  Closed.

060554    8:52 AM:    Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse:  Morrison Hall.  A student reported someone used her Pony Express card to make unauthorized transactions.  Open.

060559    10:00 PM:    Possession of Marijuana/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor:  Shuttles Hall.  A student was found to be in possession of marijuana.  Alcoholic beverages were also found in the room.  The student will be referred to Judicial Affairs.  Closed.

060579  2:58 AM:    Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Public Intoxication/Possession of a Fictitious ID/Criminal Trespass Warning:  West Quad Lot. Two underage students and one non-affiliated underage person were cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor. The non-affiliated person was also issued a criminal trespass warning. One student was arrested for public intoxication and possession of counterfeit identification. Closed.

060602    7:19 AM:    Assault:    East Side of Barr Pool.  A student reported sometime between 5:40 am and 6:00 am, she was assaulted by an unknown man .  See the Crime Alert dated 04/30/2006 for additional information.  Open.
