The suspect is described as a black female, 20-25 years old, 5'5", 135 pounds, long black hair with red tips, wearing green scrubs. 050957 12:58 AM: Possession/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Three female students were observed drinking alcohol in the lobby of the Lambda Chi Alpha House. 050958 1:11 AM: Public Intoxication/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: A nonaffiliated man called and requested assistance in the 1st floor restroom in Virginia Hall. 050959 2:45 AM: Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession Drug Paraphernalia/Possession Fake ID/Disorderly Conduct/Criminal Trespass Warning: Officers observed a nonaffiliated man urinating in public in the south quad parking lot behind McElvaney Hall. Investigation revealed that the man had a small amount of marijuana, smoking pipe, fake ID, a knife and a facsimile handgun in his car.
