Bicycle Registration

Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to bring their bicycle to the SMU Police Department Headquarters to be registered. Bike registration not only discourages theft, but also increases the likelihood of recovery in the event the bike  was  stolen.                                                                                            

To register the bike, you must bring it to the SMU Police Department Headquarters and fill out the registration form.  A registration sticker will be affixed to the bike. The information pertaining to the bike and its owner will be entered into a computer database for future reference and identification purposes.
