Order a replacement SMU ID online

Don't want to travel across Central Expressway or hop on the Mustang Express in order to visit our new office?  Click here to order your new SMU ID card online.  You will be charged $25 for your new card, which you may pay online via Access.SMU or at the Student Services counter over in the Laura Lee Blanton Student Services building. Pickup your new SMU ID card at the Help Desk Counter in ITS on the 4th Floor between the hours of 8:30AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday. 

If your request is made after 4:30PM Monday-Friday it will be available for pickup the following business day.

**Please note, Service Providers and Contractors must come into our office to replace ids and may not use the online ordering feature. 

Also, if you are trying to replace your id free of charge because of normal wear and tear you must come into our office, so we are able to verify the normal wear and tear.
