SPECIAL EVENT and Guest Parking

The Parking and ID Card Services Office can assist members of the University community and off campus groups plan for all guest and event parking on campus.

Event and Guest Parking Reservations

For all other requests for general special event parking including visitor permits, cone space reservations, garage parking validators, valet service, and shuttle service.

Bishop Blvd Parking Reservations

To reserve parking for special events on Bishop Boulevard. Please be aware that reservation of Bishop Blvd for parking is subject to availability and is on a first come first serve basis.

Giddy Up Reservations

The Giddy Up is a fleet of golf carts that provide rides around campus. Giddy-up service may be reserved at an hourly rate. Reservations require a 24-48 hour advance notice to properly coordinate an agenda.
