Moody Parking Garage: Visitor Parking

Welcome visitors to the university!  Please be advised that there is NO free parking on campus for anyone.  You may refer to the organization to obtain proper parking instruction and or parking accommodations. You may also contact the Park 'N Pony Office.

  • Visitors and guests with valid SMU permit may enter through North entrance; must display permit
  • Visitors and guests without a permit may pay to park by entering through the right entrance; must display time stamped ticket on dash
  • Visitors may park anywhere above the street level

Visitors parking in the Moody Garage will be required to pay a flat-rate fee of $5.00 to utilize the garage parking.  The one-time $5.00 fee is good for the entire day. The pay station is located at the SMU Blvd Exit and will accept coins, bills ($1.00 and $5.00 only), as well as Mastercard and Visa.  Parking coupons may also be used at the Moody Garage station only.  These coupons will be distributed to guests by selected hosts who receive them from their respective Dean or Vice President's office.  Visitors must place the receipt or coupon on the dashboard to show proof of payment.
