your update, the following information is required:
- First, middle and last name, including suffix
- First and last name of child attending SMU, and the student's SMU ID number
- Maiden name
- Street address, including city, state, zip and country
- Address type (home or business)
- Phone number
- Phone type (home, business or cell)
- Email address
- Email type (home or business)
