The Payable Time Summary page allows you to review time for an employee for a specific week.
Steps:
Click the Manager Self Service link.
Step 1Click the View Time link.
Step 2Click the Payable Time Summary link.
Step 3Up to two Group ID's may be assigned to you, biweekly and monthly. Using the Group ID criteria for monthly employees will return only the monthly employees assigned to you.
Click the Look Up button.
Step 4Click the Look Up button.
Step 5Click an entry in the Group ID column.
Note: Your monthly Group ID will begin with an "M".
Step 6Click the Get Employees button.
Step 7Click an entry in the Name column.
Step 8The Payable Time Summary page will allow you to view time for seven days. The end date will default to the current date.
Step 9Enter the desired information into the Start Date field. Enter "7/5/10".
Step 10Click the Get Rows button. This will adjust you new End Date.

To enlarge the display of the Payable Time Summary page, click the minmize (-) button on the top right corner of the menu.
Step 12A row for each Time Reporting Code will display daily totals of time off reported.
Step 13To navigate between employees select the Previous Employee or Next Employee buttons.
Step 14You can also return to your employee list be selecting the Return to Select Employee link.
Step 15To exit, click the Sign out link.
Step 16
