Award Activity

This topic will provide instructions for monitoring the award activities for a student.

Steps:

  1. Click the Financial Aid link.   Step 1
  2. Click the Awards link.   Step 2
  3. Click the View Award Activity link.   Step 3
  4. Enter the desired information into the ID field. Type"19623712".   Step 4
  5. Enter the desired information into the Aid Year field. Type"2007".   Step 5
  6. Click the Search button.   Step 6
  7. Click the Collapse (Ctrl+Y) Menu button.   Step 7
  8. This page displays the activity for one award for the entire Financial Aid Year.   Step 8
  9. Click an entry in the Award Detail column.   Step 9
  10. This page displays information for one row of activity for one award.   Step 10
  11. Click the Term Detail link.   Step 11
  12. This page displays FA Term detail for a specific term.   Step 12
  13. Click the Return link.   Step 13
  14. Click the Return link.   Step 14
  15. Click the Show next row (Alt+.) button.

    This will display information for the next award.   Step 15
  16. Click the Return to Search button.   Step 16
