Viewing a Student's Advisor

View the student’s academic advisor or advising committee.

Steps:

1. Click the Records and Enrollment link.   Step 1
2. Click the Student Background Information link.   Step 2
3. Click the Student Advisor link.   Step 3
4. Type the SMU ID number into the ID field.
   
   For example, type "18565200".   Step 4
5. Click the Include History option.   Step 5
6. Click the Search button.   Step 6
7. The student's advisor displays.
   
   Click the View All link to see the advisor assignment history.   Step 7
