Viewing Communications Summary

View tracked communications with a student.

Steps:

1. Click the Records and Enrollment link.   Step 1
2. Click the 3 C's Summaries link.   Step 2
3. Click the Communication Summary link.   Step 3
4. Type the SMU ID number into the ID field.
   
   For example, type "18565200".   Step 4
5. Click the Search button.   Step 5
6. Click the Search button to retrieve the Communications.   Step 6
7. Click the Letter Details tab.   Step 7
