Orientation and Other Fees

Transfer students will be charged a $160 Orientation Fee.  The Orientation Fee covers AARO and Mustang Corral.  The fee appears on your first tuition bill after you enroll in classes.  There is a fee of $30 for each family member or guest that attends AARO.  This fee covers the cost of meals and program materials.  Any fees for guests will charged on your student account shortly after the semester begins.

*Please note that if you register a guest for an AARO session and they do not show up, you will still be charged for the guest.  If you have registered a guest and they will no longer be able to attend the session with you, please cancel the their registration online or with our office in order to avoid being charged.

Housing Accommodations

Transfer AARO participants and guests are encouraged to make reservations at one of our host hotels listed below.
