SMU celebrates 93rd Commencement

SMU celebrates its 93rd Commencement Friday and Saturday, May 16-17, with events for students, faculty, alumni and the entire community.

Dr. Allen Weinstein, the noted historian who oversees the nation's presidential libraries, will speak at the all-University ceremony at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Moody Coliseum. SMU also will confer honorary degrees upon four men and women for achievements in science, education and philanthropy. And the University will award nearly 2,000 undergraduate, graduate and professional degrees.
