RESEARCH TO BE HONORED Tierney Epstein’s research paper, “Obstacles to Citizenship Faced by Hispanic Immigrants in Texas,” will be honored at the 17th Annual Theodore Clevenger, Jr. Undergraduate Honor’s Conference. Epstein’s research addresses the communication obstacles to providing Hispanic immigrants with the required information and resources necessary to obtain citizenship and discusses ways to overcome them. The Dallas conference will be held in conjunction with the Southern States Communication Conference April 5-9. Epstein is a senior corporate communications and public affairs major at SMU. ### SMU
