SMU SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING HOLDS INFOSESSIONS FOR GRADUATE PROGRAMS

DALLAS (SMU) -- The SMU School of Engineering will hold infosessions during the coming months for students interested in graduate programs.

Infosessions will be held in Plano on Feb. 15, March 15, April 19, May 17 and June 21 from 7 to 9 p.m. in Building 4, Room 100, of the SMU-in-Legacy campus, 5236 Tennyson Pkwy. Infosessions will be held in Richardson on Feb. 28, March 28, April 25, May 23 and June 27 in Suite 100 of SMU's Richardson facility at 1500 International Parkway.

SMU offers doctoral and master's degrees in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, operations research and applied science. Master's degrees are offered with major emphasis in software engineering, engineering management, environmental systems management, manufacturing systems management, telecommunications and systems engineering.

Beginning in fall 2001, the school also will offer a master's degree in civil engineering, a master's degree in environmental engineering and a master's degree in facilities management for working professionals.
