2011 Outstanding Senior Man Carson Linstead and 2011 Outstanding Senior Woman Ceená Hall

The SMU Mothers' and Dads' Clubs look forward to the opportunity each spring to select and honor the Outstanding Senior Woman and the Outstanding Senior Man of SMU.  The Deans from each school select two women and two men as nominees. The two students selected as the Outstanding Senior Woman and the Outstanding Senior Man are chosen not only for their high academic achievement, but also for their leadership and service.

The 2011 Outstanding Senior Awards Reception was held at the home of President and Mrs. R. Gerald Turner on Monday, April 11, 2011.  All nominees and their families are celebrated at this event.

 

Later in the evening, at the SMU Awards Extravaganza, Carson Linstead was recognized as the 2011 Outstanding Senior Man by SMU Dads' Club President Charles Manthey. Ceená Hall was recognized as the 2011 Outstanding Senior Woman by SMU Mothers' Club President Cindy Powell.
