& Directions: Most of the events produced or sponsored by the Meadows
School of the Arts are held in the Owen Arts Center on the SMU campus. The front
of the Owen Arts Center faces the corner of Bishop Boulevard and Binkley Boulevard.
The back of the building faces Hillcrest Avenue.
The OAC houses the Bob Hope, Greer Garson and Margo Jones Theatres, Caruth Auditorium and O'Donnell Recital/Lecture Hall.
All areas of the building can be reached by entrances on each side. The easiest access to Caruth Auditorium and the Bob Hope Theatre is from the east side (front) facing Bishop and Binkley. The easiest access to the Margo Jones Theatre, Greer Garson Theatre and O'Donnell Recital/Lecture Hall is from the west side (back) facing Hillcrest Avenue.
Convenient drop-off parking, as well as parking for disabled patrons, is located at the Granada entrance off Hillcrest Avenue on the west side of the Owen Arts Center. Event parking is located on the south and west side of the Owen Arts Center at Hillcrest and Binkley, as well as in the Meadows Museum parking garage at 5900 Bishop Boulevard. To access the garage from the Bishop Boulevard campus entrance off Mockingbird Lane, proceed north 300 feet to Schlegel Street and turn right to enter the parking garage.

The following driving directions are provided to the Meadows Museum parking garage.
From U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway)
Traveling from the north, take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit.
Turn right (west) onto Mockingbird. Turn right (north) on Bishop Boulevard
to enter the campus. The Meadows Museum garage is at the corner of Bishop
Boulevard and Schlegel Street.
Traveling from the south, take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit. Turn left (west) onto Mockingbird. Turn right (north) on Bishop Boulevard to enter the campus. The Meadows Museum garage is at the corner of Bishop Boulevard and Schlegel Street.
From Dallas North Tollway
Exit Mockingbird Lane and proceed east past Hillcrest Avenue to Bishop
Boulevard. Turn left (north) onto the campus. Proceed north 300 feet to
Schlegel Street. Turn right to access the Meadows Museum parking garage.
From Denton
Traveling south on IH-35E, exit east on IH-635 (LBJ Freeway). Proceed
to U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway) and exit south toward downtown.
Proceed about five miles and take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit.
Turn right (west) onto Mockingbird. Turn right (north) on Bishop Boulevard
to enter the campus. The Meadows Museum garage is at the corner of Bishop
Boulevard and Schlegel Street.
From Waco
Traveling north on IH-35E, exit east on the Woodall Rogers Freeway just
north of downtown Dallas. Proceed east for a few miles and then exit north
to U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway). Proceed north for about
five miles and take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit. Turn left
(west) onto Mockingbird. Turn right (north) on Bishop Boulevard to enter
the campus. The Meadows Museum garage is at the corner of Bishop Boulevard
and Schlegel Street.
From IH-30
Traveling from either direction, exit north to U.S. Highway 75 (North
Central Expressway); the sign indicates "Sherman." Proceed north
for about five miles and take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit.
Turn left (west) onto Mockingbird. Turn right (north) on Bishop Boulevard
to enter the campus. The Meadows Museum garage is at the corner of Bishop
Boulevard and Schlegel Street.
From D/FW International Airport
Take the North Exit from the airport to IH-635 (LBJ Freeway). Proceed
to U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway) and exit south toward downtown.
Proceed about five miles and take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit.
Turn right (west) onto Mockingbird. Turn right (north) on Bishop Boulevard
to entire the campus. The Meadows Museum Garage is at the corner of Bishop
Boulevard and Schlegel Street.
From Love Field Airport
Exit from the airport left (east) onto Mockingbird Lane. Proceed east
for about five miles to Bishop Boulevard. Turn left (north) onto
the campus and proceed approximately 300 feet to Schlegel Street. Turn
right to access
the Meadows Museum parking garage.
