Filmmakers Association: This SMU-sponsored student organization is open
to all students, no matter their major. SFA produces three films a year outside
of the academic structure in a relaxed environment. No experience is required
to be a member. Part of SFA’s goal is to teach and supplement what a student
may or may not learn in the classroom.
The Student Filmmakers Association presents an annual film festival, usually
during the spring semester, where student films are shown.
