Graduate Theatre Auditions: Admission to the M.F.A. programs in acting, and design is extremely selective and based upon several factors in addition to the application.

Applicants for the M.F.A. in Design must be interviewed by members of the faculty and should present a portfolio at that interview.

Those applying for the M.F.A. in Acting must complete an interview and an audition. (Our graduate acting program admits a new class in the fall of odd-numbered years.) Applicants must audition with two contrasting, two-minute monologues, one from a contemporary play and one from a classical play.

Auditions for the Fall 2009 Graduate Theatre Acting program will be scheduled for the fall and spring of 2008 & 2009.  Dates will be scheduled and publicized by October 1, 2008.
