Part III, #3 of the instructions should read "Please include your memo answer in the space provided on the entry form."
The link which appears in the instruction packet part III, #5 now works. This is a sample memo from past years to help you generally. Please be cautious about relying on it, because, like any memo, it is imperfect. To the extent the memo instructions, the Bluebook, or the "Greenbook," are inconsistent with something that appears in the sample memo, please rely on those items instead of the sample memo.
It has been brought to our attention that the PDF 2009 Write-on Entry Form differs from the Microsoft Word version and the Alphagraphics version. We have corrected the error and now the PDF that appears should be exactly the same as the Word file. However, if you downloaded and began to use the PDF 2009 Write-on Entry Form (as opposed to the Word or Alphagraphics version) before Friday at 7:43 PM, then please download the new PDF and use it instead. Also, please be aware that the conversion of the 2009 Write-on Cases Packet to PDF caused some immaterial formatting changes to that document compared to the Microsoft Word version of the document. The substance is no different of those sources, but for your convenience we changed that PDF file to match the 2009 Write-On Cases Packet Word file as well on Friday evening. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
