Christina Melton Crain, a third generation Dallasite, is an attorney with a focus on minor/juvenile representation, guardianships, mediation and legislative issues. She currently serves as the President of the Dallas Bar Association, the 100th person to serve in such position. Christina was appointed by Texas Governor Rick Perry to the Texas Board of Criminal Justice in 2001, subsequently being appointed as the first female Chairman in 2003, a position she held until April of 2008. As Chairman she managed and had oversight over the second largest criminal justice system in the United States.
